Congratulations to these Verve members for competing in the 32nd annual Mile High Sprints hosted at Verve this morning. All 3 took on the 2k erg race. Jeff earned a 3rd place finish in his age category and Tammy took home a 1st place finish in hers!!! Jade crushed his 2k with a time of 7:11 finishing 7th in his age category.
