I always love the wise, and sometimes controversial, musings from @sherwood215 I think this statement hits home that we may sometimes find ourselves adding an excessive volume of dynamic loading to a structure that does not yet have the capacity to manage it, like the shoulder and Kipping pull-ups/ muscle-ups. I will actually be talking about this more in tomorrow’s blog post. For serious competitors that might make sense. For the rest of us, I think it should be avoided. But who knows. Maybe I’m wrong. Only time will tell.
